Matsuri Sushi and Fusion is a restaurant that goes beyond Japanese cuisine — it draws inspiration from the aesthetics and atmosphere of Japan to create a complete sensory experience. Recognized as a culinary reference in Aveiro, it stands out for the originality of its dishes and the attention to detail in its interior design.

For the rebranding, we sought to visually translate the sophistication found in both the presentation and flavor of the dishes. The new identity embraces a contemporary character, with a premium touch and subtle oriental influences, reflecting the fusion of tradition and modernity that defines Matsuri. The result is an elegant, minimalist visual language that aligns seamlessly with the restaurant's unique concept.
